While other warranty providers charge $150 or more to simply send out a repair technician, Sure Home Warranty offers no deductible for service. Service requests and repairs are completed free of charge, as long as the total cost does not exceed the coverage limits per appliance or the overall contract limit.

In addition, Sure home warranty does not require that you provide the brand or serial numbers of your appliances upfront upon contract purchase - we will cover the unit that breaks down at the time of service.
Claims will be managed directly with OnPoint and can be submitted through an online portal or by phone. OnPoint has a team of dedicated warranty support agents that will assess and diagnose the claim within 48 hours of the initial claim date. If service is required, OnPoint will arrange the dispatch of a service technician from their service provider network within 4 days of the initial claim date.
Sure home warranty plans cover the service, repair, and replacement of home appliances and systems in your home such as a refrigerator or HVAC system. Homeowners insurance covers damage or loss due to known perils, such as wind, fire, vandalism, or theft. A home warranty complements homeowners insurance by covering damage that home insurance policies do not.
OnPoint has an extensive network of high quality service providers and will prioritize securing service for you within this network. In the case that OnPoint cannot secure a provider, you may use your own provider assuming they can show sufficient proof of insurance and are fully licensed to perform such service. OnPoint is always seeking to expand their network of service providers and will happily review your preferred professional for potential addition to their service network.
